Tomatoes are antioxidant-rich, meaning they protect our skin from UV rays and slow down signs of ageing. They also contain vitamins A, B and C, alongside sodium, potassium and magnesium, making them a powerful weapon against ageing skin. To make an anti-ageing tomato mask, mix a glass of tomato pulp with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the juice from half and lemon and blend until you get a smooth paste. Apply a thick layer to your face (avoiding your eyes) and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off with water. It will soothe, freshen and plump up your skin.
