在每一款產品的背後，都有超過100位科學專家逐一檢查配方，以移除任何不符合要求或有害的物質。他們計算合適劑量，並除以安全系數100，以考慮不同產品累積使用的效果，但亦會考慮整體環境，以避免錯誤配對的情況。在進行臨床安全測試之前，我們還會在人體皮膚重建模型上測試成分或配方。

當我們確定已達到最高的安全系數時，我們的產品將由獨立的皮膚科醫生進行測試。我們在所有肌膚類型（包括敏感肌膚）上進行護膚品耐受性的評估，並在皮膚科的控制下進行測試，至少使用600次。這些測試針對大量志願者進行，測試範圍包括敏感肌膚在內的多種肌膚類型。

我們對安全的承諾並不止於此，因為集團還採用先進技術，以開發預測評估平台，讓我們確保產品安全有效。此外，在全球層面的科學觀察和聆聽顧客的意見，也是我們的考慮因素，幫助我們在減少或刪除某些成分時作出決定。這讓品牌所有配方即使在推出後亦可以不斷改進，確保您使用最安全的產品。
