為肌膚保濕

肌膚在熬夜後需要補充水分。飲用最少1.5公升的水以排走毒素,並使用適合的保濕霜滋潤肌膚。從內到外輕輕地按摩全臉,有助促進臉部血液循環,令肌膚更飽滿,膚色更明亮。

告別眼袋

想消除難看的眼袋,可以在洗面前將兩隻小湯匙放進冰箱。洗面後再取出小湯匙,將曲面輕輕放在眼窩上。2至3分鐘後,眼袋就會消失。之後可塗抹眼霜,為肌膚補充水分,然後用透薄的遮瑕膏遮蓋頑固的熊貓眼。
