淺談咖啡因

咖啡因屬於甲基黃嘌呤類的生物鹼,可以在許多不同的植物中找到,最為人所知的莫過於咖啡,但它也存在於茶、咖啡伴侶、可樂果、瓜拿納和可可豆。咖啡因不僅對中樞神經系統和心血管神經系統具有刺激作用,也會影響皮膚。  純咖啡因在合成物中使用時,由於其含有抗氧化物,能夠對抗紫外線和延緩衰老,又因含有脂肪分解成分,所以可以使肌膚變得緊實和對抗脂肪。它還具有舒緩特性,有助減輕敏感皮膚的泛紅現象。不僅如此,我們還發現咖啡因針對眼周問題也有神奇的功效。

咖啡因是去水的絕佳成分

眼周肌膚非常細膩,其厚度為身體其他部位的四分之一,因此會最先暴露疲態和衰老跡象,例如黑眼圈、眼袋和眼紋。咖啡因就像血管的爽膚水,其特性有助眼部消腫。它的抗疲勞成分為血管注入了一定的張力,並有助於促進微循環:
