懶得洗面

洗面是無瑕肌膚的黃金法則！ 這是保持肌膚潔淨無瑕的第一步。洗面能清除殘留在臉上的化妝品，令肌膚在晚間呼吸暢順。在早上洗面有助清除睡眠時積聚的污垢（例如油脂）。不洗面不但會弄髒枕頭，肌膚在睡醒後也會變得暗啞或出現暗瘡！

臉部和眼部使用同一款清潔產品

忽視頸部與胸口

為避免出現幼紋，我們化妝時會將粉底液、妝前底霜、胭脂塗抹至頸部，有時甚至會塗抹在胸口。一天結束後，我們忘記了清潔這些部位，然後因頸部與胸口肌膚不夠潔淨光滑而感到疑惑。頸部及胸口的肌膚比較纖薄脆弱，因此您需要先用溫和的潔面產品，再使用保濕霜護理。

清潔力度過大

厚重或防水的化妝品可能很難卸除，因此我們都試過不耐煩地用力把其擦掉。這也是錯誤的做法！ 用力摩擦臉部會傷害肌膚表皮，令肌膚更加脆弱敏感。洗面時動作要輕柔，從臉部中央開始，輕輕卸去殘留在臉上的化妝品。您可根據需要使用化妝棉，並遵循「從臉部中央開始」的原則清潔臉部。

忘記使用爽膚水

把眼部留到最後才清潔會浪費寶貴的時間。如果我們最後才卸除位於臉頰以上的眼部化妝品，等於要清潔臉部兩次。為了讓清潔過程更簡單，請先從清潔眼瞼與睫毛上頑固的化妝品開始，再清潔雙唇，最後再清潔臉部其他地方。
