我們的承諾:2030年前將二氧化碳排放量減少一半

作為領導品牌,我們肩負重任:在解決人類所面對的挑戰上做好自己的本分。有見及此,L'Oréal Paris為品牌訂下鴻圖大計:2030年前,將每件產品的碳排放減少一半。此外,我們會將1千萬歐元投放在環境項目上,首要受惠對象是世界各地的女性。 要達成這些目標,需要我們全方位的承諾。

天然成分優先

L'Oréal Paris選擇使用可再生、天然及可持續發展的原料。
我們在可持續發展創新技術、綠色化學和生物科技的領域上,匯萃超過25年的專業經驗,開拓科研與創新的全新模式,我們稱之為「綠色科研」。2020年,我們已經透過可持續發展採購原料計劃幫助了11,538位受益者。2030年前,品牌100%的可再生及礦物原料將來自可持續發展的資源,而95%的成分將來自可再生的資源或從豐富的礦物質中提煉出來。
綠色科研讓我們研製出石化成分的代用品,並在不影響產品的品質及安全的情況下,探索全新的美容功效。

2025年前,我們100%的塑膠包裝將會可循環再造、可重用和可堆肥

我們大幅增加循環再造及可回收的物料比率。Elvive系列產品的瓶身現已是100%循環再造塑膠。當然,我們鼓勵負責任的創新技術。例如,我們與Paboco攜手合作,成功研發出利用生物性及可回收的植物纖維製造的產品瓶。與此同時,我們減輕產品包裝的重量,提供補充裝的解決方案,並研發出使用較少能源及較環保的製作過程。

我們的新一代口罩和護髮素擁有高達97%的生物降解性

為了減低品牌對環境造成的影響,我們正在提升配方的生物可降解性,減少水足跡。Elvive Full Resist Power Mask含有97%生物可降解的成分,而Men Expert Shaving Barber Club94%。
我們打算多行一步。  品牌的碳足跡有一半源自沖洗產品時所使用的水和加熱水所需的能源。為了在使用產品時更小心用水,並協助減少淋浴時間,我們研製出需要較少水沖洗的配方(如More than Shampoo),以及需要較少沖洗步驟的全新美容程序(如二合一產品,或Dream Lengths Management等無需沖洗的護髮護品)。

大規模生產需要重新思考製造過程,方可令地球更乾淨、更綠化。 在2005年至2020年,我們的工廠及批發中心已減少二氧化碳排放量達82%、水消耗達44%,以及廢物產生達35%。  我們比以往更加積極地推動製造過程中的碳減排倡議。今天,Elvive系列產品在碳中和的工廠生產,100%採用再生能源。工廠回收當地森林的廢料。

賦予全球女性力量

由於女性是氣候轉變的最大受害者,因此L'Oréal Paris將投資1千萬歐元支持6個碳減排項目,讓世界各地的女性受惠。除了經濟支援之外,L’Oréal Paris還會發展特殊計劃,鼓勵更多女性參與這些項目的領導職位。例如在洪都拉斯,當地原著社區保護並重建紅樹林,而品牌會支持由女性合作社管理的項目。她們得到的支援包括關於領袖訓練、經濟獨立及女性健康的課程。
