黑皮膚的護膚建議

即使黑皮膚通常看起來更自然健康,但並不代表黑皮膚較其他肌膚更強健。黑皮膚的護理需要額外關注。特別留意三個目標:補水、對抗多餘皮脂、防止暗斑。以下是我們的護膚建議。

深層補水

護理黑皮膚時必須充分保濕。每晚使用卸妝乳或卸妝潔膚水等溫和的卸妝產品,將臉上的化妝品清理乾淨,甚至可以使用卸妝油,更溫和地潔淨敏感的黑皮膚。不要使用會導致肌膚乾燥的肥皂。每週一次,使用不傷肌膚的溫和去角質產品,清除引致肌膚暗沉的死皮細胞。雖然黑皮膚的死皮細胞通常更為密集,難以清除乾淨,但每週一次溫和去角質一般可達到理想效果,即使是油性肌膚亦然。然後充分塗抹保濕產品。精油和乳木果油經常被用於製作黑皮膚專用的護膚產品,但請緊記,這些產品只會補充油脂,而不是水分:肌膚沒有得到水分,只是補充了「油分」。

均勻膚色

相對於淺色肌膚,黑皮膚的最大煩惱通常是皮脂旺盛,肌膚在一整天內經常泛起油光。這時不妨使用保濕啫喱,控油同時抑制多餘皮脂產生。如果每天塗抹抗油光產品,但情況仍沒有改善,那麼就必須依靠化妝品了。選擇無油配方的啞緻粉底,能像吸油紙般吸收多餘皮脂,或使用啞緻蜜粉,方便您在有需要時隨時補妝。

防止暗斑

黑皮膚含有大量黑色素,帶來深色的膚色。當肌膚受創傷時(例如斑點、小傷痕或擦傷),黑色素細胞會在這些區域聚集,久而久之,肌膚便會形成顏色比其他部位更深的色塊。為了避免這種情況,我們的最後一項護膚貼士便是防曬。防曬是黑皮膚護理的重要一環:陽光和污染都會導致暗斑,使肌膚呈現灰色。因此,一年四季都應該選擇含有防曬成分的保濕面霜。
