甚麼是孕斑?

孕斑又稱黃褐斑,通常會在懷孕第4個月至第6個月出現。這些棕色的斑點深淺不一,通常會出現在前額、臉頰和上唇。它們邊緣分明,形狀均勻,通常對稱地分佈。孕斑的出現因人而異:深色頭髮的女性通常比金髮女性更嚴重。孕斑的發展週期取決於肌膚的光感類型。

孕斑的成因是甚麼?

懷孕時,人體會產生更多雌激素,從而促進黑色素的產生。暴露在陽光下時,肌膚會發生這種反應產生色素的化學反應,導致暗斑出現。日曬可能會嚴重增加出現孕斑的風險。暴露在陽光下的時間會影響黑色素的產量,並很有可能會導致黃褐斑。此外,孕斑還受到遺傳因素和生活習慣的影響,例如臉部過度去角質會導致情況加劇。

如何防止孕斑形成?

為避免出現黃褐斑,懷孕期間應盡量減少陽光照射臉部。無論是在市區還是海邊,都要全副武裝! 即使只是短時間曬太陽,也可能會功虧一簣。  當然,您不必在整個懷孕期都留在漆黑的房間裏,只需遵循一些基本原則即可:出門時佩戴帽子,妥善塗抹高防曬系數(SPF 50)的產品,每隔兩小時補塗一次,並使用抗斑面霜。

產後孕斑
