令人煩惱的粗糙肌膚

肌膚對水分的要求特別高,並具有自己的天然防護系統,肌膚表層有保濕屏障,以保持皮膚柔軟。不過,海鹽會吸收屏障所儲存的水分,破壞其保護功能。如果缺少此保護機制,肌膚就會變得乾燥、繃緊,龜裂、失去彈性,並呈現令人擔心的粗糙紋理。

在沙灘上做好護膚準備

肌膚不但需要防護紫外線,亦需要防護海鹽。不妨選擇含有保濕及滋養成分的防曬產品。防曬油是理想的選擇,不但可以滋潤肌膚,更可以提升皮脂水平。這樣海鹽便會滑落,不會破壞肌膚的保護屏障。當您從游泳後上岸時,應盡快洗澡,沖走身上殘留的鹽分。如果海灘沒有淋浴設備,可在臉上噴灑淡水或礦泉水,以去除表面的鹽分,舒緩肌膚。
