臉部按摩

臉部按摩可撫平皺紋,緊緻肌膚。將手掌置於臉頰兩側,向外輕掃撫平肌膚,動作要標準。然後用指尖按壓臉部,從底部向上按摩肌膚,令肌膚組織更緊緻。定期按摩臉部能讓肌膚放鬆,展現紅潤氣色。重複上述動作十幾次,最後用食指按摩眉峰。這套動作能促進血液循環和淋巴排毒。

臉部按壓

臉部按壓無需運用打針等入侵式過程,只需使用指尖按壓臉部肌肉即可。用食指按壓臉部,然後輕輕旋轉。壓力能夠強化肌肉,旋轉則有助令肌肉放鬆。這種方法能有效防止表情紋形成。
