錯：混合性肌膚是……不同膚質的混合！ 這意味着肌膚又乾又油。一般來說，只要觀察較常變得乾燥的部位（如雙頰和太陽穴）和局部出油的部位（前額、鼻子和下巴）就能分辨出來。這種膚質在35至45歲的女性之中非常普遍。黑人和混血人士的肌膚通常也屬於混合性肌膚。

混合性肌膚比較容易保養

錯：混合性肌膚是最複雜的膚質！ 由於皮脂中的脂肪與空氣在肌膚表面產生反應，造成油脂分泌過多，使T字位泛起油光，膚色更顯暗沉，毛孔也變得更粗大。但在T字位以外，肌膚卻緊繃、乾燥、缺水，也缺少必要的油脂。因此必須分區保養，針對不同部位使用適當的護膚品。此外，市面上也有「多效合一」的產品，既能為乾燥部位補水，又能平衡出油部位。

膚質有可能會短暫變為混合性肌膚

對：有時候，正常肌膚甚至乾性肌膚，可能會受到外部因素（例如污染、煙草、陽光或壓力等）和內部因素（荷爾蒙週期、服用藥物、生病和睡眠不足等）影響，造成局部出油，並形成肌膚瑕疵。先不要慌，因為這只是暫時性問題。只要找出導致局部出油的原因，再對症下藥即可。

混合性肌膚可能比較敏感

對：和其他膚質一樣，混合性肌膚可以很脆弱，甚至需要更悉心呵護。如果問題加劇，肌膚會產生更多油脂來自我防護。這時您便要採取行動，避免出現這個情況：不要再使用過熱或過冷的水、不要再過度去角質、不要再使用含有酒精的產品、避免使用硬水和肥皂，以免刺激肌膚。如果在出太陽時外出，緊記塗上防曬霜。

混合性肌膚要避免過度滋潤保濕

錯：雖然混合性肌膚會分泌過多油脂，但這並不代表不能保濕。只需按照自己的肌膚需要，改用其他合適的護膚品即可。選擇一款適合「混合性肌膚」的產品，就能讓肌膚保持潤澤，不再臉泛油光。晚間選擇可深層滋養保濕的護膚品，但需確保不會引起粉刺痘痘。您也可以在T字位使用淨化面膜，或在乾燥部位敷上保濕面膜，甚至可分區同時敷上不同面膜。
